As per Sub-section (1) of Section 106 of the Labor Act, 2074, the minimum remuneration of employee shall fix them minimum wage for workers in every two years based on the recommendation of the Minimum Remuneration Fixation Committee as per Section 107, the minimum remuneration has been determined as mentioned below, to be effective from 1st Shrawan 2082,( 17th July 2025) as per the decision of this Ministry dated 2082/3/32 (at the level of the Honorable Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security)
Applicable to Employee/Worker other than those in tea plantations.
